JMA recently completed their first real estate development project at 1515 West Carroll Street in Chicago.
The deteriorating building in Chicago's Fulton Market district was originally built as a stable in a neighborhood of workshops making musical instruments and furnishings.
The design preserves all of the existing windows. The new roof structure was designed to accommodate a rooftop garden.
The building was marketed by Mark and Mike Nelson of Nelson Hill and sold for a record price.
