Creature Table

Created for Americas Restaurant in Houston, Texas.  Inspired by the Inca Gold sculpture and contemporary graffiti in Rio de Janeiro and named for the artist's brother.

Made in Chicago, 2012.  Hand carved in maple, cast in recycled magnesium-aluminum alloy, hand polished and murdered out with acid patina.
