Goose-Guss Table
A unique variation of a table created for an old iron foundry in Hamburg, Germany which was converted into the East Hotel, in which most furnishings were cast ("guss" in German); this table has a gooseneck.
Made in Chicago, 2004: Base of cast recycled aluminum-magnesium alloy and polished with an acid rubbed patina. Top of solid, highly figured California Claro black walnut.
