Prototypical studies, design and marketing for three cafes owned and operated by the luxury fashion retailer Nordstrom for their flagship store in Seattle. Studies included designs inspired by 1920’s Seattle (from Nordstrom’s origins as a shoe store), minimal mid century Italian café studies, classic French / Viennese cafes and studies for a café inspired by fashion.
