Las Vegas, Nevada
A 9,500 square foot, southwestern American grill for Steve Wynn at Bellagio Resort Hotel in Las Vegas, opening chef: Sam DeMarco.
A cozy hand made dining room. Abstracting the landscape and indigenous architecture of the southwest with an inverted exposed kitchen featuring a wood burningovens and grill
JMA inverted a traditional kitchen plan to present the
flames of the wood burning grill to the dining room.
The design abstracts the indigenous architecture
of the southwest and the landscape which yielded building
materials and sustenance.
