Tempest

A 6,500 square foot night club and Mediterranean restaurant inspired by Shakespeare’s last play, The Tempest. Located near the Galleria in Houston and designed for Michel Lakdar, who was born in Tunis. The design is an interpretation of Shakespeare’s last play - the circular plan represents the island: the center of the storm is in the center of the room; every form is windblown.
