Inspired by the photos of Karl Blossfeldt and the philosophy and drawings of Theodor Seuss Geisel (Dr. Seuss).

PROCESS + MATERIALS

The legs and lamp pod were created using a combination of hand carving, 3-D scanning, and inverted 3-D printing. These elements were then cast in recycled magnesium-aluminum, burnished and acid washed.
