JMA was initially hired for a living room “update”. After client purchased an adjacent apartment, JMA designed a dramatic enlarged entry which combined the 2 units to create a 4000 sq ft residence with expansive city and lake views in Chicago’s “One Magnificent Mile”.

The project included demolition of existing entry, kitchen and bathrooms and creation of a dynamic new entry and guest suite with a new kitchen, bath, study, and living room. JMA developed furniture plans, assisted with selection, procurement and installation of furniture and furnishings, and in the placement and installation of all art, including a site specific Jordan Mozer wall sculpture for the entry.
