SX Chunk Table
The base was originally created for XS, a restaurant we built from the ground up in Florida. The reclaimed Red African Ironwood was brought to Chicago 60 years ago. This piece is unique.
PROCESS + MATERIALS
The base of this table was hand carved in maple and cast in recycled aluminum-magnesium alloy. It was then burnished. The darkened version was rubbed with elixirs to patia the metal. Made in Chicago.
