This table was commissioned by the owner of Paradise, a boutique hotel for art collectors in Seoul, Korea. It is a contemporary variation on a table Mozer created for a lakeside residence in Chicago in the 1990s using a new combination of handwork and digital techniques and new materials.

Digital scans of the original terrazzo sculpture were used to robot-sculpt the Wisconsin Black Walnut top. The base was hand-carved in maple and cast in recycled aluminum-magnesium alloy, hand-ground and then burnished and patinated. The metal may also be polished or brushed.
